List the same pair on KREAM personal and KREAM partner at once, and the second order arrives with nothing to ship. That means a cancellation penalty and a hit to account trust.
Every marketplace is checked separately, by hand
When receiving, shipping and adjustments are not recorded, you can never answer "why was this number what it was", and reconciliation falls apart at every settlement.

We left out bundles, multi-currency and team permissions that one-person and small resale operations never use, and built what resale actually needs.
SKU ledger
Model code and size are the unit of stock. Sizes come from the catalog, so a size that does not exist never ends up in the ledger.

AI that reads, explains and proposes
ONEBOX's AI features are built on Anthropic's Claude models. The rule engine counts what is over-exposed; Claude explains why and what to do in plain language. A person always approves execution.
Purchase lists · invoice photos → structured SKUs
Resellers keep purchase records as spreadsheets, chat messages and photos of invoices. Claude reads them and returns model code, size, quantity and unit cost. You check the table and press receive.
Alert explanation and next action
Instead of "CW2288-111 / 270 / over by 1", Claude tells you which channel sold when and which listing is safest to pull, with the evidence. Suggest only; execute after approval.
Natural-language inventory questions
"How many Dunk 270s received last month are still unsold?" Claude turns the question into a ledger query. Quantities always come from the ledger fold, never from the model.
Product-name normalization · model matching
The same shoe is named differently on every marketplace ("Air Force 1 Low White 07" vs "AF1 '07"). Claude maps variants to one model code so the ledger never shows one pair as two rows.
Why Claude
An inventory ledger is money-bearing data. We need long context to read full purchase histories, multimodal input for tables and invoice photos, and a model that says "I don't know" instead of guessing a quantity. Counting stays in the ledger; the model never writes to it.
What the AI does not do
- Estimate quantities or edit the ledger. The ledger is the only producer of stock numbers.
- Execute irreversible writes (cancelling a listing, shipping an order) on its own.
- See marketplace tokens or passwords. Secrets never leave the user's PC.

ONEBOX reads your KREAM personal and partner listings automatically and layers them over the stock. POIZON and SOLDOUT pairs live in the same ledger.
AI detects and alerts
When a sale is detected it is posted to the ledger. If the same pair is still live on another channel, you get an alert immediately. Approve and it is pulled; in auto mode it is pulled once every gate passes.
Safety

If the AI is not sure, it does not act. Anything ambiguous goes to a person.
Suggest by default, two gates for auto
The default shows what would be pulled and pulls only what you approve. Auto mode runs only when every safety condition passes.
Log first, then act
What is being pulled and why is written down before anything is sent. If the log cannot be written, nothing is cancelled.
Mass-cancel guard
If many items are flagged at once, or cancellations cluster in a short window, it stops, does nothing, and notifies you. Repeated failures suspend auto mode until a person clears it.
Unknown stays unknown, never zero
If a lookup fails, the previous result stays on screen with an error. The table is never emptied to look like zero.

FAQ
Questions
Do I need to be using NANBA ONE already?
The ledger (register, receive, adjust, query) works on the web without the desktop app. KREAM sale detection and delisting need the desktop app running. Both use the same account.
Will the AI pull my listings on its own?
The default is suggest mode: it shows what it would pull and pulls only what you approve. Even in auto mode it acts only on strongly evidenced sales, only when every safety condition passes, and it stops if several items are flagged at once.
Does it handle POIZON and SOLDOUT stock?
Registering, receiving and querying stock works regardless of marketplace. Sale detection and delisting currently support KREAM personal and partner accounts; other marketplaces will follow.
How are pairs sent to KREAM consignment counted?
They are tracked separately as "channel storage" and never mixed with own-warehouse stock. A pair in KREAM's warehouse cannot be shipped to another marketplace, so it is excluded from double-sell math.
Does the AI see my inventory data and marketplace accounts?
The AI reads only ledger quantities and records and the purchase files you upload. Marketplace tokens, cookies and passwords stay inside your PC and are never sent to our servers or to the AI. See the privacy policy (Korean).
What if it sells on two marketplaces at almost the same time?
A sale on both sides within the detection interval (about a minute) cannot be prevented. Instead it is surfaced immediately so you can handle it right away.

A bootstrapped software company founded in December 2025 in Gimpo, Korea, led by CEO Ma Hyeongyu. We build and operate NANBA ONE, an integrated desktop and web suite for resellers. ONEBOX is our second product: inventory and AI on top of that suite.
What we are solving
Resellers list the same shoe on several marketplaces, compare prices, and manage bids, consignment and shipping by hand. We make software and AI do that repetition instead.
Data principles
Marketplace tokens and passwords never leave the user's PC. The server handles commands and secret-free responses only. Stock quantities are computed from an append-only ledger.
